Our client, a national title company, is seeking an Escrow Officer in Phoenix.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review HUD/Closing Disclosure documents for accuracy and approval, and communicate findings with Closing Coordinators
  • Assist Closing Coordinators with title clearance, including review of title commitments and related documents
  • Support policy issuance requests and perform policy reviews as needed
  • Provide assistance to the Disbursements Department when required
  • Utilize and understand client online banking systems to support escrow transactions
  • Respond to customer service inquiries and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Collaborate closely with Closing Teams to resolve issues as they arise
  • Assist with post-closing tasks and issue resolution
  • Maintain active Escrow Officer licensure by completing required continuing education, including webinars and training sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
