We are seeking a Receptionist for a national title insurance company based in Park Cities .

Position Overview

Are you a polished professional who prides themselves on making a stellar first impression? We are looking for a dynamic, full-time Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our team.

In this role, you will manage front desk operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide vital administrative support. No previous industry experience is requiredwe are ready to train the right person!

Schedule

  • Status: Full-time

  • Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all clients, visitors, and guests with a professional, warm, and welcoming demeanor.

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and handle general inquiries.

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, executing clerical procedures, and maintaining an organized reception area.

  • Assist internal team members with organizational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with great interpersonal abilities.
