Job Description:

Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist escrow processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.

  • Order and obtain payoff statements from loan servicers in a timely manner
  • Accurately enter payoff data into internal systems
  • Request payoff information from borrowers and loan officers as needed
  • Upload and maintain payoff documents and related files within the system
  • Monitor, respond to, and organize emails related to files pending payoff processing
  • Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date



Skills/Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience ordering payoffs from loan servicers
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines



Required Skills:

Computer skills, Typing, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Phones and communication skills.



Desired Skills:

Experience with ResWare optional



Degree Requirement:

High School Diploma
