Position Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Branch Manager & Senior Escrow Officer to lead our Scottsdale office. In this dual-role capacity, you will be the cornerstone of our local operations, combining your technical escrow expertise with strong leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Escrow Operations & Title Coordination

Full-Cycle Desk Management: Oversee residential (and/or commercial) transactions from contract receipt to funding and Maricopa County recordation.

Title Review: Analyze title commitments, collaborate with title officers to clear encumbrances, and ensure all requirements are met prior to closing.

Document Preparation: Accurately prepare Settlement Statements (CD/ALTA), Affidavits of Property Value, deeds, and other state-specific closing documents.

Funding & Disbursement: Manage the receipt of buyer/lender funds, ensure strict adherence to Arizona's Good Funds statutes, and authorize disbursements.
2. Branch Management & Leadership

Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, track revenue goals, and control operational expenses to maximize profitability.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor Escrow Assistants, Junior Escrow Officers, and administrative staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team.

Workflow Management: Delegate file processing effectively, ensuring all team members are utilizing escrow software efficiently and maintaining a balanced workload.
3. Client Relations & Growth

Market Expansion: Actively prospect and build relationships with Scottsdale and greater Phoenix area real estate agents, builders, and mortgage professionals.

Client Experience: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for the branch, resolving 11th-hour issues with professionalism and urgency.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer in Arizona, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Maricopa County real estate market, particularly the nuances of luxury transactions, HOA disclosures, and local closing customs.

Regulatory Compliance: Strong working knowledge of Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) regulations, RESPA, and TRID guidelines.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard title and escrow software (e.g., ResWare, SoftPro, RamQuest) and wire fraud prevention protocols.

Credentials: Must be a commissioned Arizona Notary Public (or eligible to obtain immediately).
Preferred Skills

Experience handling complex commercial transactions or 1031 exchanges.

Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills for hosting educational seminars for local real estate agents.
