We are seeking a Client Services Representative for a national title insurance company based in Texas

Position Overview

In this role, you will play a critical part in providing nationwide title, closing, settlement, and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders. Your primary focus will be coordinating and supporting the assignment of notaries to closing transactions, ensuring a seamless execution from initial scheduling through post-closing activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for notaries to ensure all closing transactions are covered efficiently.

• Oversee the lifecycle of the closing process, providing support from the initial request to post-closing documentation.

• Ensure all valuation assessments adhere to strict regulatory standards and industry guidelines.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for notaries and mortgage lenders to facilitate clear and timely updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service-centric role.

• Proven experience with complex scheduling and calendar management.

• Familiarity with the mortgage industry is highly preferred; specific experience with notary scheduling is a significant plus.

• A demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of work without sacrificing accuracy.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
