Job Description
The Data & Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on providing visibility into business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and analyze data from different areas of the organization.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in operational and administrative processes.
  • Support decision-making through clear and timely data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Automate reporting and data processes to improve efficiency.
  • Develop basic forecasting and data behavior analyses.
  • Present insights and findings in a clear and actionable way.
  • Document data sources and analysis methodologies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of databases (SQL preferred).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
