We are seeking a Real Estate Closer for a national title insurance company based in Texas.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end real estate closing process. You will ensure full compliance with lender instructions, title requirements, and company protocols. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can solve complex problems, manage high-volume workflows, and serve as a technical resource for the broader team.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire closing lifecycle, including balancing closing instructions and ensuring all written requirements are met.

Efficiently balance, schedule, and compile comprehensive closing packages and title documentation.

Identify and resolve atypical problems by evaluating existing precedents and selecting the most effective solutions.

Act as a key contributor within the team, explaining complex information and interdependencies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Work under limited supervision to meet strict deadlines, exercising superior time management to handle integrated lender workflows.

Serve as a subject matter resource for less experienced team members to improve overall team quality and effectiveness.
Required Skills:

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
