Position Overview
You will be the backbone of the closing process, ensuring that every escrow transaction moves seamlessly from start to finish. You will work alongside licensed professionals to navigate the complexities of title insurance, providing the administrative precision required to secure property ownership for clients nationwide.
Core Responsibilities

Manage and organize essential documents and files throughout the title and escrow lifecycle.

Conduct thorough title and lien searches to identify and resolve potential issues prior to closing.

Collaborate with licensed officers to draft, review, and finalize legal paperwork and closing packages.

Execute specialized escrow procedures with high attention to detail, ensuring all data entry is fast and accurate.

Audit documents for grammatical, spelling, and punctuation accuracy while maintaining strict adherence to tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Professional experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to type quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

1+ years of experience in title insurance or escrow services.

Previous experience with industry-specific title production software.
