We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Technical Project Manager to partner with our Enterprise Integrations leadership team. This role is critical to the organization, tracking, and delivery of complex, high-stakes integrations across a global enterprise.

The successful candidate will act as the "connective tissue " between technical developers and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex technical roadmaps are translated into clear, actionable, and successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of enterprise-level integrations, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while taking full ownership of project results.

• Develop structured project plans that account for complex interdependencies, critical timing, and technical sequencing across multiple systems.

• Drive collaboration between business units, IT infrastructure, and third-party vendors to align timelines and resource allocation.

• Identify technical bottlenecks and integration challenges early; design and execute mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.

• Maintain absolute transparency through clear, concise, and executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and PMO-standard documentation.

• Oversee the transition to production, ensuring "Go-Live " readiness and supporting business adoption to minimize operational disruption.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience specifically focused on large-scale technology projects with multiple integration endpoints.

• A strong understanding of integration protocols, IT infrastructure, and the dependencies inherent in connecting complex enterprise systems.

• Proven ability to deliver professional, concise verbal and written communication to both technical teams and executive leadership.

• A track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities may shift rapidly.

• PMP Certification is required. * Proven Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into structured, actionable plans that lead to successful project outcomes.
