Our client is seeking a hands-on, high-accountability leader to run daily operations and serve as the Founder's operational second-in-command. This role is for a battle-tested title professional - someone who knows escrow and title inside and out, can lead a team, and takes ownership of results.

In this role, you'll be in the day-to-day details of the operation, making sure title and escrow files move smoothly from opening to closing and stepping in quickly when something slows down or creates risk. You'll lead a team of about a dozen people - setting clear expectations, supporting their growth, and building trust by following through and delivering results. You'll also be the go-to person for SoftPro, helping the team use it effectively, improving workflows, and keeping systems running efficiently. As the company continues to grow, you'll help put the right processes in place, bring on new team members, and make sure onboarding is smooth and scalable.

We're looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in title agency operations and real hands-on time as a title processor or escrow officer. It's a plus if you've worked both at a title agency and with an underwriter, helped grow teams or operations, and have strong people leadership skills. High emotional intelligence, the ability to make clear decisions, and a true ownership mindset are all important here. Advanced SoftPro experience—especially on the admin side—is highly valued, and you'll need to be able to work in the Greater Philadelphia office two to three days each week.

Fast-paced, hands-on, results-driven
Practical solutions, not theory
Direct communication, no ego, full ownership

This is a true second-in-command role. You'll have authority over team structure, process design, hiring, and operational strategy. Our client is growing 50–100% annually - this is your chance to shape operations and lead a high-performing team.
