We are seeking a polished and professional Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation cases, including intake, documentation, and case preparation.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other necessary documents.
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, and settlement demands.
- Maintain meticulous case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional support to attorneys and collaborate with the legal team.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.
