We are seeking a sharp, driven, and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join a top-tier independent escrow company in Beverly Hills. If you have experience supporting residential or multi-family transactions, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your long-term career. Commercial experience is preferred but not required.

Job Duties:
- Support the escrow team in managing commercial real estate transactions.
- Handle client communications via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Prepare and review escrow documents, contracts, and closing statements.
- Maintain accurate files, records, and databases to track transactions.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and office organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in a related field).
- RBJ Software knowledge is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
