About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join a reputable Title & Escrow company in Maitland, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in closing real estate transactions 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and/or commercial real estate closings from start to finish

  • Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and all required documentation

  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings

  • Review title commitments, clear title issues, and ensure all underwriting requirements are met

  • Disburse funds and ensure proper recording of documents post-closing

  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

  • Provide top-tier customer service throughout the transaction process

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Closer

  • In-depth knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate closing procedures

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in title software (SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, etc.) preferred
