Bilingual Case Manager
Responsibilities:

Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases, from intake and opening through settlement and closing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.

Request and obtain medical records from providers, and keep open communication with both clients and providers throughout treatment.

Collect and organize documents needed to support injury and liability claims.

Work with insurance carriers and medical providers to secure records, account balances, and verify outstanding amounts.

Contact insurance companies to confirm coverages and policy limits.

Maintain well-organized and up-to-date case files.

Prepare legal documents, including litigation complaints and discovery responses.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases in both pre-litigation and litigation.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Strong background in case management, including updating client files, tracking medical records and ledgers, and verifying policy disclosures.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for frequent client interaction.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
