About the Role:

An established plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking a motivated, bilingual Associate Attorney to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a newly licensed attorney or someone with up to one year of personal injury experience. We provide strong mentorship and hands-on training in all aspects of plaintiff's PI litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-suit and litigation matters for motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Conduct depositions and attend court appearances.

• Communicate with clients and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications:

• Member of the Florida Bar (required).

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• 0–1 year of personal injury litigation experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working directly with clients.
