We're looking for a dependable Facilities Specialist to help keep our buildings clean, safe, and operating smoothly. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, conference rooms, hallways, and stairwells.

  • Perform general cleaning: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.

  • Keep elevators, doors, glass, furniture, and fixtures spotless and sanitized.

  • Restock supplies, handle basic inventory, and place orders for cleaning materials.

  • Use janitorial equipment safely and keep supply closets organized.

  • Respond to cleaning and maintenance requests as needed.

  • Assist with basic facilities tasks like mail runs, escorting vendors, and minor safety checks.

  • Operate company vehicles for errands between offices — valid driver's license required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness.

  • Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.

  • Valid driver's license required.
