We are seeking an experienced and driven Trusts & Estates Partner Attorney to join our established law firm in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning

  • Oversee estate and trust administration processes

  • Prepare or review fiduciary and estate tax returns

  • Maintain and grow a personal book of business

  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff or associates (if applicable)

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff across practice areas as needed

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland Bar

  • 20+ years of legal experience in trusts and estates law

  • Proven ability to manage complex estate matters independently

  • Portable book of business in the range of $400K$500K+

  • Experience preparing or reviewing estate and fiduciary tax returns

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

  • Open to bringing a trusted associate (optional)
