Job Description
Will be responsible for coordinating and participating in various promotional, marketing and recruitment activities with the purpose of attracting and retaining students interested in the institution's programs. In addition, he/she must generate a minimum number of contacts ( "leads”) in proportion to the type of activity performed, meeting the goals established for each academic term.

Main responsibilities
  • Provide personalized and group orientation to prospects and students about academic programs, requirements and benefits.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the institution's academic programs.
  • Identify and generate quality leads according to contact goals per activity.
  • Maintain an organized record of leads generated and follow up effectively to achieve conversions.
  • Collaborate with other departments on joint activities related to marketing and admissions.
  • Provide feedback to management on progress of activities and results achieved.
  • Represent the institution in a professional and value-aligned manner in every activity.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in service, promotion and/or sales.
  • Must have a car and a valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related areas.
