We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage and schedule courier deliveries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed
  • Ensure refreshment areas are stocked and maintained
  • Provide general administrative assistance to team members
  • Answer questions and assist employees and guests as needed
  • Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining records

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Customer service experience
