About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Scanning Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for digitizing physical documents, ensuring accurate electronic filing, and maintaining organized record-keeping systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive information, and experience working with scanning software and office equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize physical documents for scanning.
  • Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Review scanned images for quality and clarity, making adjustments as needed.
  • Index and categorize scanned files according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Troubleshoot scanning equipment and report any issues.
  • Assist with general clerical tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in document scanning, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficiency in using scanning software and office equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with document management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
