Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily functions of the office, ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established standards. Additionally, they will lead initiatives to improve productivity, ensure an optimal customer experience, and optimize the management of human talent and available resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate efforts among various departments to guarantee integrated and effective operations.
  • Supervise the management of resources and tools to optimize organizational performance.
  • Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all areas.
  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring the fulfillment of their responsibilities and goals.
  • Coordinate periodic meetings with team leaders to evaluate performance and establish improvement strategies.
  • Manage training processes to strengthen staff skills.
  • Evaluate employee performance and propose solutions to operational challenges.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.
  • Identify and resolve situations requiring managerial intervention.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer experience and service quality.
  • Handle the opening and closing of the office, ensuring employee and customer safety.
  • Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures aligned with the company's vision.
  • Manage inventory of materials and address facility needs with suppliers.
  • Control operating schedules and allocate staff based on service demand.
  • Manage CRM systems and make strategic adjustments in resource distribution based on call or visit volume.
  • Analyze operational metrics and propose strategic solutions to optimize results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields (Coaching certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in leadership, team management, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in technological tools and management systems (CRM, Excel, among others).
