Estate Planning & Probate Associate
We have been retained to seek an Estate Planning & Probate Associate to support our client in high net worth probate and estate planning matters. The ideal candidate must have experience in administering taxable estates, including the preparation of trust and estate accountings and tax returns.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who looks to take a strategic and leadership role in the matters they support. The candidate will receive practical, real mentorship as they provide quality and effective representation.
Essential Duties:
- Understanding our clients' goals, aspirations, and challenges, and using that understanding to deliver the highest standard of personalized services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Creating innovative solutions and, when advantageous, providing a team approach to problem solving.

Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and research skills to review complex legal documents and identify potential issues or inconsistencies.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
- Master of Law in Taxation (LLM) (preferred)
- Must be licensed to practice law in Washington State.
