Job description

He/she will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive impeccable service in areas of accounting, payroll and tax consulting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, must be detail oriented and able to proactively manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome new clients, orienting them to our services and processes.
  • Collect initial information and essential documents to establish an accurate and organized database.
  • Ensure a smooth connection from the sale to the start of the service.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers through calls, mailings and meetings, ensuring they feel supported and understood.
  • Identify specific needs and tailor services to fit customer expectations.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships, looking for opportunities to expand services or customize current ones.
  • Work closely with internal teams (accounting, payroll, tax) to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Monitor the development of services offered, anticipating problems and implementing solutions quickly.
  • Oversee compliance with quality standards and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and assign service tasks in the CRM, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs across all teams.
  • Act as the main communication link to clarify queries or resolve issues that may arise.

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure substantive solutions are implemented.
  • Perform detailed tracking of interactions, customer satisfaction and effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends, areas of opportunity and improvements.
  • Provide management with reports and recommendations to optimize processes and elevate the customer experience.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations, account management or similar role.
  • Experience in tax, accounting, payroll or financial services company (Preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong experience with CRM and Microsoft Office software.
