Accounting clerk
You will be responsible for performing administrative and accounting tasks that support the company's financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Record and classify financial transactions, such as supplier invoices, customer receipts, payrolls, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the coincidence between accounting records and bank transactions.
- Maintain accurate control of accounting accounts, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data.
- Generate invoices for clients and track pending payments, ensuring revenue is recorded correctly.
- Collaborate in the preparation of documents and provide necessary information during internal or external audits.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management, including account statements, balance sheets and other relevant analyzes.
- Record and control company expenses, ensuring proper allocation to the corresponding accounts.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to record and control inventory movements, contributing to the accuracy of production costs.
Requirements:
- Full availability. Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Minimum Associate Degree in Business Administration (Accounting).
- Experience in administrative work as data entry preferably in Accounting or Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge in ORACLE or RETALIX.
- English: Basic.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Valid Puerto Rico Driver's License.
