Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will communicate with potential clients, provide guidance, answer questions, and pre-qualify leads. Once pre-qualified, the specialist will refer them to a Sales Representative to continue the engagement process. If unable to connect the potential client with a Sales Representative after two attempts, the specialist will schedule a follow-up call.
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Reach out to and receive calls from potential clients, providing initial contact and information about our services.
- Guidance: Offer guidance and answer questions from potential clients, helping them understand our processes and requirements.
- Pre-Qualification: Assess and pre-qualify potential clients based on predetermined criteria.
- Referral: Refer pre-qualified potential clients to a Sales Representative via phone call to continue the engagement process.
- Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls if unable to connect potential clients with a Sales Representative after two attempts.
- Customer Service: Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all potential clients, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients, ensuring information is up-to-date and complete.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Representatives and other team members to ensure a seamless transition for potential clients.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Availability to work within 9am-9pm
- Availability to work in the office in the metro area 1 or 2 times per week the rest of the time remotely.
- Availability to work 2 Saturdays a month from 9am-6pm.
