We're currently looking to add a Receptionist to the team at our esteemed National Title Insurance company in Frisco. This position offers a 3-month contract term with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to manage incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Answer inquiries and provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for conference rooms and executive staff.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, and distribute them accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.
- Provide general support to employees and visitors to ensure a positive experience with the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a receptionist role or related field
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes
- Ability to work effectively under immediate supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
