We are seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join the team of a National Title Insurance company in Seattle!
This is a long-term temporary position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to produce and distribute accurate, professional, and timely title products, prioritizing precision and efficiency.
  • Input new orders and contracts into the production system promptly and accurately.
  • Organize files and generate file number labels to maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Conduct searches for title products using various databases such as TIMS and FastSearch, and procure accompanying documents for title examiners.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and utilizing postage meter for outgoing mail.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and organize hard copy base file system, including filing and retrieving files as necessary.
  • Assist in document reproduction using various office equipment.
  • Provide backup support for receptionists and ensure exceptional customer service to all clients.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support other team members as needed and contribute to additional projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of office or retail industry experience involving client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Windows-based programs.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
