We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand, apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense, and listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

The Relationship Manager plans and implements Bank sales and marketing programs targeted toward the business community, manages existing Bank relationships, and reviews, evaluates, and recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans.


Job Functions:
Assists lending team in all facets of growing and managing the bank's commercial real estate and SBA loan portfolio.
Acquires and grows profitable account relationships with business customers and commercial real estate investors/owners.
Accurately analyzes borrowers' financial status, credit and property evaluations, credit histories, corporate financial statements and other relevant financial information to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Prepare loan presentations with the assistance of portfolio banker for management approval.
Designs selling program to promote Bank's business loan products.
Generates and screens leads following Bank's policies and procedures to attain new business relationships and product sales.
Calls and visits target customers to promote and sell Bank's products and services.
Cohesively partners with GBC team members and business lines to deliver exemplary customer service of GBC's full complement of deposit and loan products and offerings.
Promotes and cross-sells other Bank's products and services as appropriate to customer requirements, such as business checking, cash management products.
Actively strive to increase customers; and deposit business within the bank.



Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge of qualifying loans based on tax returns, P&L's, and balance sheets.
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial
markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Knowledge of business and management principles.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal
services.
Proficient commercial credit writing experience.
Demonstrated sales experience, negotiation skills, business development,
portfolio management skills, accounting and/or financial acumen.
Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree or equivalent.
Senior associate with at least 7+ years of commercial real estate and SBA loans;
