Job Summary:
As a Title Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions by establishing strong relationships with customers, realtors, and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide clients through the title process, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Visitor Engagement:

    • Warmly greet and qualify visitors to the title office.
    • Provide information and assistance to potential clients.
  2. Property Demonstrations:

    • Demonstrate title services, products, and advantages to clients.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of our title solutions.
  3. Sales and Closure:

    • Skillfully overcome sales objections and actively work to close deals.
    • Document all transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Loan and Progress Tracking:

    • Monitor the progress of loans, title options, and construction projects.
    • Provide updates and information to clients as needed.
  5. Customer Service:

    • Responsively address customer requests for information and assistance.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. File Management:

    • Maintain organized lot files and sales files for efficient operations.
    • Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
  7. Sales Office Oversight:

    • Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, and repairs.
    • Create a welcoming and informative environment for visitors.
  8. Professionalism and Ethics:

    • Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
    • Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all dealings.
  9. Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain positive rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in title services or real estate sales is preferred.
