Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments before and after dialysis treatments.
- Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitoring vital signs and dialysis machine parameters during treatments.
- Educating patients and their families on kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and self-care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
- Responding to emergencies and providing prompt and effective interventions.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) is highly desirable.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in dialysis nursing.
- Strong understanding of renal physiology and dialysis principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
